Regional Mall REITs Sales Trends

  • Regional mall REITs saw sales rise to $467 per square foot in the fourth quarter of 2010—up from $431 per square foot in 2009.
  • The 2010 figure matched what the sector posted in 2008, but is still below the $490 figure the same REITs saw in 2007.
