The Avenue Peachtree City is an upscale, open-air lifestyle center. The center complements the "small town" feel of the surrounding community with unique architectural accents such as a sparkling fountain, lush landscaping, park-style benches, ornamental lampposts and life-sized bronze sculptures.

The center was designed to make the shopper feel at home as they stroll along beautifully landscaped promenades surrounded by upscale national and local merchants and specialty restaurants. Each tenant's storefront maintains its individuality while still complementing the overall design of the center. The environment reflects comfort and convenience, with a pedestrian-friendly configuration, beautiful landscaping and generous parking.

The center has since become a gathering spot for the community, acting as the "Town Square" in Peachtree City. The convenience and lifestyle orientation of the center not only attracts shoppers but also nearby residents who use it as a meeting or recreational place, simply to stroll or chat with neighbors.
