Tommy Hilfiger's objective was to design a New York Flagship Store that would reflect the brand image and effectively present the company's latest retail concepts. Located at the corner of West Broadway and Broome Streets in the SoHo District in Manhattan, the building was completed in November 2001.

The design firm planned 18-foot-high ceilings with expansive storefront windows to create a powerful presence in the heart of this burgeoning shopping district. The design focused on a grand staircase incorporating innovative lighting effects. The downstairs features Tommy's new jeans shop concept, including elements inspired by Hilfiger's original "People's Place" shop where he began his fashion career. The first and second floors showcase men's and women's collections. Company offices are located on the third floor.

The designers worked closely with Hilfiger to create a distinctive look. Integrated elements, such as media, create an interactive and exciting presence along West Broadway. Tommy's powerful brand lifestyle concept and SoHo's status as one of the city's most stimulating shopping districts are combined in the design to create a compelling new retail environment that is the ultimate expression of the Tommy Hilfiger lifestyle.
