The objectives for the revitalization of the Beverly Center included making customers feel pampered in an elegant shopping environment and creating an upscale experience that would continue to attract the world's most prestigious fashion tenants. Design solutions were intentionally crafted to appeal to the chic Hollywood crowd, fashion-savvy shoppers as well as tourists.

The revitalization program focused on an elegant palette for the interior and exterior, classic identity signage and a new upscale valet service. The existing Food Court was completely re-designed to house a diverse collection of eateries along with a new outdoor rooftop terrace. The focal point for the center is the Grand Court, featuring customer amenities, a warm olive tan palette, marble flooring, art glass, cherry wood casework and a new three-story glowing shoji screen surrounding the elevator hoistway.

The revitalized fashion center, carried from design to completion in only 11 months, provides all the necessary ingredients for a wonderful shopping experience and has secured its standing as a "must see" when in Los Angeles.
