The Bonaire
development is comprised of a retail/leisure center, a factory outlet
shopping center and a series of freestanding retailers located around
the edge of the site. To create an urban gathering place in the Spanish
tradition and alleviate surrounding distractions, the development team
positioned all buildings within the center of the site, buffering them
with extensive landscaping and plazas as well as with service and
parking areas.
The retail/leisure center is organized into four primary zones, each featuring a distinct design and personality. The first zone, centered around fashion, features classical, dignified architectural detailing The second zone is focused on items for the home and has a comfortable, welcoming style that is in keeping with the lifestyle-oriented retailers located here. The third zone, dedicated to leisure activities and linked to both the food court and the Warners Cinema, pumps up the energy level with its eclectic mix of architectural styles. The fourth zone, centered around kids and sporting activities such as bowling and mini-golf, is the most animated of them all. Visitors to Bonaire find an accessible,
entertaining shopping environment in an otherwise industrial area.
Bonaire offers well-proportioned shops with clear, visible frontages
and a design that is easy to navigate, making it a premier shopping
destination for residents of Valencia and its environs.
