CMH ARCHITECTS, INC.

Sep 1, 2003 12:00 PM

At CMH Architects, the key to quality begins with the four principals, who have more than 100 years of design experience, and are personally involved in, or oversee, each and every project, from inception through post-construction.

The expertise is complemented by a staff of highly versatile and visionary associates whose distinctive work is now evident throughout the United States.

The firm's practice includes mixed-use developments, mall design, trend-setting lifestyle centers, and department stores, as well as theaters and restaurants, office buildings and schools.

Over the course of 23 years CMH has been a leader in the design of key trends in retail development. The firm's list of repeat clients includes Aronov Realty Management, Bayer Properties, Inc., Cadillac-Fairview, CBL & Associates Properties, Colonial Properties Trust, Cousins Inc., David Hocker & Associates, General Growth Properties and Jim Wilson & Associates.

CMH believes that helping to manage the development process is just as important as the project design itself.

We strive to remain current on the ever-evolving architectural landscape, as well as specific tenant needs and preferences — then incorporating that knowledge and insight into designs that are unique, functional and cost-effective.

We believe extensive face-to-face meetings, exchanging ideas and listening are key to successful projects. This emphasis on illuminating the client's needs, desires and concerns ensures a solid relationship built on effective communication and common goals.

The firm has designed projects in 27 states from Florida to Vermont and New York to Colorado.
