Midwest architectural firms to merge

Cincinnati – Locally based Brandstetter Carroll Inc. and Pflum, Klausmeier & Gehrum Inc. signed a Memorandum of Understanding to merge the two companies. The new firm – to be called Brandstetter Carroll-PKG – will have more than 110 employees, making it one of the largest architecture, planning, engineering and landscape architecture firms in the Midwest. The merger is expected to be completed by August 2001. The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
