Sep 1, 2003 12:00 PM

Omniplan Architects provides full architectural services, planning, interior design, graphic design and environmental design offering innovative solutions to the retail and entertainment markets.

Founded in 1956, Omniplan has been honored with 82 design awards, including three 25-Year Awards. Omniplan designed the renowned NorthPark Shopping Center in 1965 in Dallas, Texas, which incorporated early distinctive graphic systems, unity of materials, natural light, energy controls and timeless design, making the mall a tremendous success. NorthPark Shopping Center has received six awards, including one 25-Year Award, from the American Institute of Architects, Dallas Chapter, and the Texas Society of Architects.

Most recently, Chandler Fashion Center in Chandler, Ariz., has received three design awards since its opening in October of 2001: A Certificate of Merit from ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), a Citation Award from the American Institute of Architects, Dallas Chapter and an honorable mention from the Texas Society of Architects.

More than 40 million square feet of new malls, renovations of existing malls, redevelopments of malls, town centers, department stores and open-air centers have been designed by Omniplan to provide appealing design and achieve maximum success for the owners.

The best measure of our success is our history of satisfied clients, including General Growth Properties, Westcor Partners, The Macerich Company, Simon Property Group, CBL & Associates and Jones Lang LaSalle. Our ability to meet our clients' goals and expectations is demonstrated by the fact that the majority of our work within the past five years has come from repeat clients. We understand and remain openly attentive to our clients' needs and desires, transforming their visions into quality design.
