TVS is a planning, architecture and interior design firm with offices in Atlanta and Chicago. TVS practices nationwide as well as overseas in Asia, the Middle East, South America and Central America. Retail projects designed by the firm include new shopping centers, hybrid centers, open-air, lifestyle centers and renovations of existing centers, both enclosed and open-air, as well as stores and restaurants.
In addition to retail, TVS has extensive experience in mixed-use, hotel, office convention/meeting and educational projects. Our organization into individual studios provides our clients the experience of a large firm with the personal attention a small firm, or studio, can provide. Every project has a dedicated team that stays with the client from start to finish. The retail studios are comprised of architects and interior designers. This combination of talent on every TVS Retail project has been key to successful project and numerous awards from organizations such as ICSC. The retail design philosophy is enhancing the client's vision through innovation. In addition, TVS Retail adds Design thru Customer Demographic (DCD) to that base philosophy. This formal approach to studying tenant and shopper demographic has enabled TVS Retail to tailor the design for our clients' success. This has resulted in increases in sales of up to 40 percent on renovation projects.
In addition, TVS Retail offers a special service — Strategic Repositioning Plan (SRP) for existing projects. This analysis is an approach that starts before design beginnings and provides clients with a strategic roadmap for renovation/expansion projects.
