Our President/CEO Bryce Turner is past chair of ULI's Baltimore District Council and co-chair of the Central Maryland Regional Leadership Committee for Reality Check Plus, a statewide land use visioning exercise. We have incorporated the insights gained from those experiences into our design philosophies — from brownfield redevelopment to building near mass transportation to utilizing sites in designated growth areas to creating places with walkable access from home to work to play.
NEW LIFE FOR TIRED SITES
We are breathing new life into projects such as The Town Center at Aquia in Stafford County, Va. by providing the concept design, architecture, interior design and graphics to transform the site of an obsolete shopping center into a dynamic mixed-use community with office space, a state-of the-art cinema, local and national retailers and a residential component. In Chapel Hill, N.C., we are helping to ensure the Eastgate Shopping Center remains a bustling center of activity with building renovation and site enhancements, a green roof and the renovation of key anchors that will provide valuable new goods and services to the community.
