Capitalizing on the recent popularity of a mixed-use property anchored by a chic hotel, 11 Broadway is a 238,397-square-foot, mixed-use tower in Brooklyn featuring retail, a hotel and residences. This 33-story building is comprised of 25,000 square feet of retail and nine floors of hotel space offering 200 rooms. The remaining floors contain 98 residential units over 125,000 square feet of space.
Currently in design and being developed for Albee Development LLC, The Center at Albee Square, a 1.9-million-square-foot, mixed-use development is planned on a 130,000-square-foot pentagonal site in downtown Brooklyn. The 500,000 square feet of retail will occupy four levels and a concourse level. To maximize leasable floor area at grade, parking and loading are situated on cellar levels. Above the retail base, the 65 story tower will be comprised of office, residential and hotel.
While known also for retail roll-out programs, front-end development services and engineering, GreenbergFarrow is a leader in delivering mixed-use, urban/vertical retail and multi-family residential in modern fashion.
