Location: Southwest of Houston, in Fort Bend County near the bustling towns of Rosenberg and Richmond.

Size: 700,000 sq. ft. retail

Type: Mixed-use

Cost: $241 million

Buzz: A Home Depot and Chili's restaurant are already open on the site. A Cinemark theater will open in February 2006. A Texas Hill Country theme will be used, such as fountains, lakes and waterscapes. There also will be hike-and-bike trails connecting retail with residential.
