Developer: Woolbright Development

Size: 253,000 sq. ft.

Rents: Small-shop space will go for $40 per sq. ft.

Tenants: The Fresh Market, Starbucks, Zazou and Salad Creations

Opens: The 120,000-sq.-ft. Phase I is set to open in the third quarter of 2006. Phase II is scheduled to open in the summer of 2007.

Buzz: The Collection, a Mediterranean revival-style center with upscale retail, will be Woolbright's first ground-up development. It also will be the company's first foray into the Naples/Fort Myers market.
