Size: 425,000 square feet

Developer: Opus Northwest LLC

Tenants: Target, Shop ‘n Save and Wehrenberg Theatres

Architect: KKE, Opus

Cost: $60 million

Completion Date: Late 2006

Buzz: This 40-acre project also will include an additional 150,000 square feet for future retail. Opus says it will donate land from the project for municipal buildings including a city hall.
