Developer: Vestar/Kimco Tustin L.P., a joint venture between Vestar Development Co. and Kimco Realty Group.

Architect: Perkowitz + Ruth

Completion: Spring 2007

Buzz: Developers recently announced 22 new tenants in the project, including Bluewater Grill, Go Roma, ULTA Cosmetics, In-N-Out Burger and Hot Topic. Overall, more than 50 tenants have been announced including Whole Foods, AMC Theatres, Target, Costco, Lowe's, Borders Books & Music, Strike Rock & Roll Bowling, RA Sushi and Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ.
