Location: Sandestin, Fla.

Size: 700,000 sq. ft.

Tenants: Publix, plus lifestyle specialty shops and five full-service restaurants including Tommy Bahama Café

Architect: CMH Architects Inc.

Opens: Phase 1 already open; Phase II completes in spring 2005, all three phases open by spring 2006

Cost: $150 million

Buzz: The new town center-style project, which will also include Class-A office space and two Marriott hotels, will create a hub for the upscale collection of resort communities known as the Beaches of South Walton. The Howard Group is recruiting designer name tenants previously unseen in the Florida panhandle. An international airport serving the area will open in 2007.
