Developer: Canyon Gulfside Greenville, LLC (a partnership between Gulfside Development Co. Inc. and Canyon Capital Realty Advisors)

Architect: Pazdan-Smith Group Architects

Cost: $100 million

Completion: Spring 2008

Anchors: Regal Cinemas, Sports Authority, Costco and Rooms To Go

Buzz: Magnolia Park will be the second largest retail center in upstate South Carolina. The project could eventually be expanded into a mixed-use development with owners considering office, residential and hotel elements.
