Buzz: Nut Tree Village is part of a 76-acre Nut Tree master-planned development featuring a total of 400,000 sq. ft. of retail and a nine-ride family amusement park. A 14,000-sq.-ft. Market Pavilion with local culinary and specialty shops is the centerpiece of a two-acre central park shaded by the original hackberry trees planted in 1958.
