Buzz: The project continues the development around the San Diego Padres' PETCO Park. The project will include 26,000 sq. ft. of shops on the ground floor of The Legend residential tower; 70,000 sq. ft. of retail on the lower two of floors of Diamond View Tower; 19,000 sq. ft. of retail in the TR Produce building, 4,100 sq. ft. of retail and restaurants space at the Schieffer building and 7,440 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space on the ground floor of the Candy Factory just northeast of PETCO Park.
