Opens: First store opens late 2005

Tenants: Foley's, Wild Oats Natural Market and Century Theatres

Buzz: This new mixed-use open-air lifestyle center will be built on the soon-to-be demolished Crossroads Mall, which was an enclosed mall. Beside building a new grocery store, Boulder, Colo.-based Wild Oats is planning to put its new corporate headquarters there.
