Northwestern Mutual and Realen Properties will add a mixed-use component to their King of Prussia Mall, the largest retail center on the East Coast, located in King of Prussia, Pa. The 125-acre Village at Valley Forge development will include 1 million square feet of retail, restaurants, entertainment venues, two hotels, residences and office space. “The site has extraordinary supporting infrastructure and is adjacent to one of the largest malls in the U.S.,” says Dennis Maloomian, president of Realen Properties.
