RETAIL DEVELOPERS SHOWCASE

There are a slew of retail and mixed-use projects slated to open in 2008. Respondents to our survey submitted more than 100 projects that will debut in the coming years. (For details, check out the expanded listings on www.retailtrafficmag.com.) Here, we've selected seven of the largest projects to look out for in 2008 (and one that opened late this year). The projects combined are worth nearly $5 billion. The biggest of the bunch is the long-anticipated Meadowlands Xanadu, which is slated to open late next year.

Patriot Place
