Size: 700,000 sq. ft. overall including 330,000 sq. ft. of retail, 70,000 sq. ft. of restaurants, 300 luxury residential units and 54,000 sq. ft. of office space.

Completion: Fall 2008

Developers: Kimco Developers Inc. and North American Properties.

Buzz: In August the city approved zoning for the project, which will enable construction to begin later this year.
