IN PROGRESS: Dubai Sports City Retail Component

Opening: Fourth quarter 2009

Buzz: The development will feature three distinctive destinations — the 1.4-million-square-foot Arena Mall, the North Point retail and commercial hub and the South Point retail and commercial hub — as part of the $3 billion, 50-million-square-foot Dubai Sports City metropolis, which is being developed as the world's first integrated sports city. The venues are expected to benefit from the sporting and cultural events that will take place at the nearby stadiums and indoor arena.
