Tenants: Phase I is scheduled for completion in spring 2010

Buzz: One of the largest retail developments to come on line in Louisiana since Hurricane Katrina, the Summit Fremaux will combine one million square feet of retail with 500,000 square feet of medical facilities, 350,000 square feet of office and laboratory facilities and 325,000 square feet of commercial office space.
