Buzz: Located on a seven-acre site adjacent to the historic Pantages Theatre, the LEED-qualified mixed-use project will include 175,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 40,000 square feet of live/work/office space, 1,000 apartment units and 12,000 square feet of open public space.
