Size: 1.4 million sq. ft.

Anchors: Best Buy, Petco, Target and Wal-Mart, among others

Completion: The first phase will open in the fall of 2009

Buzz: Derived from a Sanskrit word for “grace” and spanning 3,355 acres, the Prasada master-planned community will feature two power centers. The first will be located at the northeast corner of Cactus Road and Loop 303 and will contain 800,000 sq. ft. of retail. The second, at the northwest corner of Waddell Road and Loop 303, will total 600,000 sq. ft.
