Developers: A joint venture of Kingsbridge-Jamaica Co., LLC, HRH AC Development Group, LLC and Prime Construction Co. Ltd.

Cost: $260 million

Ground-breaking: Third quarter 2008

Completion: 2011

Size: 929,000 sq. ft.

Buzz: The center, the first component in an airport village development surrounding JFK International Airport, will be based on an existing Techno Mart in Seoul, Korea, previously developed by Prime.
