Redevelopments

Toronto - Area based Cambridge Shopping Centers Ltd., a subsidiary of Ivanhoe Inc., is planning to redevelop Burlington Mall in Toronto. The redevelopment will include a 20,000-sq.-ft. food court adjacent to 4,500 sq. ft. of new specialty retail stores, including a 24,000-sq.-ft. Old Navy. These are planned to open Spring 2001. Also included in the redevelopment of this 707,000-sq.-ft. regional mall is a new observation elevator, nine lounge areas, new washrooms and upgraded entrances. The total redevelopment is expected to cost $13 million.
