Renovations

Parma, Ohio - Graycor of Homewood, Ill., recently began a $100 million renovation to RMS Investment Corp.'s 1 million-sq.-ft. Parmatown Mall in suburban Cleveland. The renovation includes installation of signage, lighting and marble tile floors. Additional upgrades include new mechanical systems and mall entry features. Parmatown Mall will remain operational throughout the project, with 90% of construction performed after hours. The 35-year-old mall was last renovated in the 1980s.
