City of Daytona Beach selects Trammell Crow Co. as exclusive developer

Orlando, Fla. – Dallas based Trammell Crow Co. was selected by The City of Daytona Beach to be the exclusive developer for a 19.2-acre mixed-use redevelopment. The six-block area for redevelopment includes approximately 200,000 sq.-ft. of retail and restaurant space.
Current development plans include an estimated investment of more than $350 million and an estimated time frame of three years for completion of major components.
