Seeing Red

In what might be the first venture of its kind, Kansas City, Mo.-based lifestyle center developer RED Development, LLC partnered with Schussler Creative, Inc., the founder of Rain Forest Café and other entertainment attractions, to invest in a nationwide rollout of new concepts. RED will offer Schussler additional financial backing to allow the company to put new projects on a fast track. Among concepts recently introduced by Schussler are: America's Roadhouse, Winter Wonderland, Sorcerer's Kitchen, Aerobleu, Hot Dog Hall of Fame, Dynasty and Musical Gardens.

The first of the concepts, however, America's Roadhouse, will showcase custom-made cars and motorcycles.
