GGP Goes Hollywood

General Growth Properties and Twentieth Century Fox inked a two-year partnership this month, solidifying a major merger between malls and movies. GGP, the country's second-largest shopping center owner, will introduce incentives like free movie passes, movie premieres, and meet and greets with Twentieth Century Fox stars to lucky shoppers. Upcoming films slated for this promotion include “Taxi,” starring Queen Latifah and Jimmy Fallon, and “Elektra,” the Marvel comic superhero flick starring Jennifer Garner, pictured below.
