P.O’B. Montgomery & Co. acquire land for future development in Louisiana

Monroe, La. – Dallas based P.O’B. Montgomery & Co. expanded its national holdings with the acquisition of land for the development of Pecanland Commons, a multi-use regional shopping center in Monroe.
The 100,000-sq.-ft. center is scheduled to open in July 2002 and will be anchored by Minneapolis-based Target. The Target store will add 125,000 sq. ft. to the center’s total. Space for future development and expansion is also available next door.
