Here's an interesting way to try and buy a mall — bid for the property during an online auction. That's how the Rolling Acres mall was to be sold during an auction scheduled for May 1. Details of the auction and property information about Rolling Acres and the other properties were online at www.naiglobal.com/powersale. It is being auctioned in a partnership between real estate firm NAI Cummins and Higgenbotham Auctioneers. Overall, 50 properties were on offer during the auction.
