Pace Properties opened the first phase of Manchester Highlands, a $120 million, 550,000-sq.-ft. shopping center in Manchester, Mo. The rest of the center is scheduled to open in the summer of 2009.

Metro Commons, LLC opened Hillside Town Center, a 350,000-sq.-ft. power center in Hillside, Ill.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates appointed Rick Davidson as COO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate. Davidson currently serves as president and COO of Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates.

Acadia Realty Trust and PA Associates developed Fordham Place, a 276,475-sq.-ft. mixed-use complex in the Bronx, N.Y. GreenbergFarrow served as the architect on the project.

Colliers International appointed Alan Oishi as chief executive. Previously, Oishi served as the company's COO.

Primestor Development broke ground for Plaza Pacoima, a $78 million, 209,000-sq.-ft. retail center in Beverly Hills, Calif. When completed, in early 2010, Plaza Pacoima will feature a 160,000-sq.-ft. Costco Wholesale store.

Gast Retail Group appointed Tom Gast as principal. Previously, Gast served as president and partner with De Rito Partners West.

Colliers International appointed Craig Robbins as president of brokerage services. Previously, Robbins served in senior leadership positions with the company's financial and operations divisions.

Colliers International appointed Dan Spiegel as executive vice president. Previously, Spiegel served as the company's senior vice president of U.S. operations.

Atlantic Development Group appointed Michael Stolper as executive vice president and general counsel. Prior to joining Atlantic Development Group, Stolper served as partner with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.

Regency Centers promoted Patrick Krejs to senior vice president of operations. Previously, he served as a regional officer for the upper Midwest region.

Regency Centers appointed Steve Fritzer as vice president of investments. Previously, Fritzer served as senior manager of investments.

Jones Lang LaSalle appointed Matt Merrill as vice president in its retail outsourcing services group. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Merrill served as retail real estate director with Citi Trends.

Jones Lang LaSalle appointed Robert Franks as vice president in its retail outsourcing services group. Previously, Franks served as a real estate manager with FedEx Office.

Cronheim Mortgage appointed Anna McGivaren as vice president.

Greenberg Glusker appointed Ryan Mamor Tofukuki Iwasaka as partner.

Midway Cos. hired Gary Campbell as vice president of capital markets. Prior to joining Midway, Campbell served as chief investment officer and CFO with the Dinerstein Cos.

Developers Diversified Realty promoted Chris Melgard to senior director of leasing for Puerto Rico. Previously, Melgard served as a leasing manager for eight shopping centers.

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services appointed Scott Lamontagne as regional manager of its Encino office and as Western director of its special asset services division. Previously, Lamontagne served as regional manager of the firm's Los Angeles office.

Thompson Thrift Development hired Jose Kreutz as director of project management.

Prudential Real Estate Investors appointed Andrew Radkiewicz as managing director. Previously, Radkiewicz worked at Paramount Private Equity LLP.

Prudential Real Estate Investors appointed Andrew Macland as managing director. Previously, Macland served as head of real estate finance with N M Rothschild & Sons.

Nadel Architects appointed Greg Lyon as design principal. Prior to joining Nadel, Lyon served as design principal with KTGY Group's retail/mixed-use studio.

Matanky Realty Group hired Matthew L. Ramadan as a sales and leasing associate.

Winick Realty Group hired Sheldon Grant. Prior to joining Winick Realty, Grant served as managing director at Dumann Realty.
