Farzana K. Mitchell has been named senior vice president of finance for Chattanooga, Tenn.-based developer CBL & Associates Properties. She had been with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments in Atlanta since 1983. In this newly-created position, Mitchell will have responsibility for both internal finances and pursuing new opportunities for the company to grow. She will report directly to CFO John Foy.
