Based in Houston, we contract throughout the United States with nationally recognized developers including Cencor/Weitzman, NewQuest Properties, Regency Centers, Trammell Crow Company and Weingarten Realty, to name a few. We take great pride in long-term relationships that we have established with these developers, our many valued local developers, and major tenants including Fiesta, HEB, Kroger and Walgreens.
Reinvigorating Communities
CDA has worked with NewQuest Properties and other clients on master-planned retail and mixed-use projects. Among these, developments in smaller markets of Pflugerville, New Braunfels, and Rosenberg, Texas, will each boast roughly 1 million square feet of retail, restaurant service and entertainment tenants when completed.
Changing the Face of Houston
Trammell Crow recently unveiled a CDA designed development in Houston anchored by a 164,000-square-foot Costco with a 44,000-square-foot LA Fitness tenant situated on the Costco roof. The creative stacking of both tenants is the first of its kind in Houston.
In conjunction with NewQuest Properties and Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County Houston, Texas (METRO), CDA designed a transit-oriented development in Cypress, Texas. This unique project in the Houston area contains a structured parking facility, METRO bus platform, a 273 unit, four-story apartment community, and multi-story buildings occupied by retail, restaurant and office users.
Working with Berenson Associates and Fidelis Realty Partners, CDA has redeveloped a 1960s-era traditional mall creating an updated power center and retail pad site development of 500,000 square feet on nearly 60 acres.
