Developers' Expansion Plans 2000

Approximately 150 companies unveiled their plans to expand, renovate, redevelop or build new more than 500 shopping centers and retail stores in 2000 and beyond, according to responses to SCW's 2000 expansion plans survey.
Development plans for each of the respondents are listed here alphabetically by the developer's/owner's name. Project listings include the appropriate designation such as new center (N), expansion (E), renovation (RN) and redevelopment (RD), as well as type of center, GLA in square feet, and completion date where available.
