Kraus-Anderson Realty

Dan Engelsma has been promoted to the position of president and COO of Bloomington, Minn.-based Kraus-Anderson Realty. Former president and COO Burton F. Dahlberg will remain with the company in the position of chair of the operations committee.

Engelsma has been with the company for 30 years, most recently as executive vice president. He has also served as vice chairman of the firm's parent company, Kraus-Anderson Communications Group. Founded in 1897, Kraus-Anderson was bought by Lloyd Engelsma in 1937 and has been owned and operated by the Engelsma family ever since.
