Architects: Perkins Eastman, Belluschi Consulting

Size: 535,000 sq. ft. of retail, 67,000 sq. ft. of office and 60 condominiums

Cost: $250 million

Completion: Late 2008

Buzz: The project has been 14 years in the making and had to clear multiple approval hurdles. Developers broke ground on the project in late November.
