Buzz: Located in California's Inland Empire, the Promenade Shops is part of a 543-acre, master-planned, mixed-use community called Dos Lagos that will feature an 18-hole golf course, the Dos Lagos Golf Resort and Conference Hotel, and office space. Dos Lagos also will include houses, condominiums and open space centered around two lakes, a 10-foot waterfall and an outdoor amphitheater.
