Developers: Trademark Property Company, Developers Diversified Realty Corp., Coventry Real Estate Advisors

Size: 1.15 million sq. ft., including 170,000 sq. ft. of office space, 300,000 sq. ft. of retail and 288 multi-family units

Completion: Spring 2008

Buzz: Developers signed eight new tenants to the project bringing total commitments to 45. The center will be the largest LEED-certified mixed-use project in Texas.
