Dallas-based O'Brien & Associates has produced award-winning, signature designs for clients nationwide. The firm has been in business for more than 34 years, and currently has offices in Dallas, Chicago, Denver and East Hanover, N.J. O'Brien has retained some of the most prominent clients in the industry, including Regency Centers, Lincoln Property Co., General Growth Properties, Continental, Archon, Trammel Crow Co. and Transwestern.

O'Brien has recently completed large-scale mixed-use properties throughout the country, including the Harbor, a 250,000- square-foot premiere commercial and entertainment district located in Rockwall, Texas; Perkins Rowe, a 1.5-million-square-foot high-density town center in Baton Rouge, La.; the Shops at Highland Village, a 380,000-square-foot high-end town center project in Highland Village, Texas; Streets of Brentwood, a 300,000-square-foot lifestyle center in Brentwood, Calif.; and High Street, a 320,000-square-foot town center in historic Williamsburg, Virginia.

O'Brien is the architect of record for Perkins Rowe, a vertically integrated, mixed-use town center that offers an urban lifestyle district to residents of Baton Rouge. At 1.5 million square feet, Perkins Rowe includes offices, retail and residential, a theater and restaurants.

Located on the west shore of Lake Ray Hubbard, the Harbor features a 12-screen theater, an upscale hotel and civic center, boutique retail shops, restaurants and offices. In addition, patrons enjoy amenities such as public boardwalks, fountains, plazas and pedestrian walkways.

O'Brien has also begun design for Prescott Realty Group on Phase I of Lake Highlands Town Center, a lifestyle center in Dallas, Texas. The project will include 250,000 square feet of retail and 600 apartment units, all with structured parking. Lake Highlands Town Center will be a landmark destination with numerous public improvements and amenities that will provide a focal point for the entire Lake Highlands community.
