Architects: Martin Architectural Group

Cost: $400 million

Completion: 2008

Size: 665,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 900 residential units, 100,000 sq. ft. of office space and a 200-room full-service hotel.

Buzz: Situated on 33 acres just outside of Annapolis, the site is considered the second oldest retail venue in the state.
