Total Square Feet of Retail: 375,000 square feet

Total Cost: $150 million excluding residential units

Construction Date: October 2005

Project Opening: May 2007

Tenants So Far: P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Piggly Wiggly and Consolidated Theatres

Buzz: Built on part of the former Myrtle Beach Air Force Base, the project also includes 29 acres of parks. The Myrtle Beach-area is the 13th fastest growing MSA in the United States and attracts 14.5 million visitors annually.
