IN PROGRESS: THE SHOPS AT THE ARMORY

Developer: The Related Cos.

Size: 575,000 sq. ft.

Cost: $310 million

Buzz: Formerly the site of the historic Kingsbridge Armory in the Kingsbridge Heights section of the borough, the property will combine 25 to 35 retail stores with a selection of restaurants, a movie theater and a landscaped public plaza. The Related Companies plans to achieve LEED Silver rating for the core and shell of the building.
