Cost: $200 million Buzz: Three Atlanta-market specialists were working on their own separate development sites in Henry County. Last May, the three companies decided to work together on one mammoth project. The self-contained village will serve 421,000 residents living in the surrounding counties and is expected to spur a building boom.
