Marijuana should be legalized, according to more than two-thirds of the retailers who responded to an online members survey by RetailWire. Some experts, however, advised against openly promoting a law change, pointing out the effect marijuana could have on some employees and the backlash that could result from supporting a politically incorrect policy and also the difficulty in assuring buyers are old enough — a problem that faces retailers that sell cigarettes.
