TVS & ASSOCIATES

Sep 1, 2005 12:00 PM

Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback & Associates (TVS) is a leading architectural design firm with more than 35 years of proven experience in planning, architecture and interior design. With offices in Atlanta, Chicago and Dubai, the firm's expertise produces inspired designs for a wide variety of clients. TVS has designed more than 100 million square feet of retail worldwide.

The collaborative studio concept is a founding principle at TVS. Our system of largely autonomous design studios, each with its own specialty, is charged with managing your project from conception through completion. Married with the institutional advantages of our large size in terms of experience, resources and training, our studios retain the personal touch, responsiveness and design innovation of a much smaller firm.

The firm has created new directions in architecture and interior design, is a leader in the planning of mixed-use projects, and was honored with the AIA 2002 Architecture Firm Award, which recognizes the height of design excellence in a collaborative practice.

On nominating TVS for the AIA award, Thompson E. Penney, FAIA, wrote: “We know that it takes more than competence, more than expertise, more than experience and achievement. What it takes is excellence. That is what TVS has displayed, excellence in its design, excellence in its firm management, and excellence in its people.”
